How do I return an item?

Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and beneficial. Occasionally products will need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible. Our return policy is as follows :

Returning A Product Under Manufacturer's Warranty
To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer's warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty information and phone number will be included with the product. Blankenships’ Universal Supply does not handle manufacturer warranty claims directly. In the case of a purchased product having damaged or missing parts upon purchase, please refer to our policy on returning damaged product.

Returning A Product Damaged In Shipping
If a product you have purchased has been damaged in shipping, or is missing parts, please notify us via email at mick.blankenship@gmail.com immediately. We will assist you in replacing your damaged item(s). In the event that we require the item to be returned to us, Blankenships’ Universal Supply will assume responsibility for the shipping charges.

Returning A Product For Other Reasons
We will be glad to accept returns for other reasons provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and packaging, and is returned within 20 days of receipt. Products removed from packaging, used, or re-taped, will not be credited. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice showing the purchase date. Once we have received your returned product, we will credit the card that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the cost of the product plus any applicable taxes. Products must be returned within 20 days of shipping receipt. If your return is older than 20 days, please email mick.blankenship@gmail.com and we will authorize a return if applicable. A restocking fee may apply to all returns older than 20 days. We will notify you via email of your refund.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items purchased online. If you have found another item on our website you would prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item under the terms of our Return Policy.
